Who processes your data?

Coachieving BV, trading as CoAchieving, manages this website and is responsible for the personal data described here.

What data does the website process?

The current website has:

• no contact form;
• cookieless visitor statistics through Plausible, no advertising tracker;
• no marketing cookie;
• no external chat widget;
• no embedded video or calendar that transmits data when loaded.

The hosting and network layer does process technically necessary connection data, such as an IP address, time, browser information and requested route. This is needed to deliver the website, recognise abuse and investigate technical problems.

Plausible gives us insight into, among other things, pages visited, referring websites and devices used. We use these aggregate statistics to improve the website. Plausible does not set cookies and does not track you across websites. You can find more information in the Plausible data policy.

Purposes

CoAchieving only uses personal data to:

• answer your email or phone call;
• coordinate an AI opportunity scan or potential collaboration with you;
• keep the website available and secure;
• meet legal obligations where applicable.

Legal bases

• Pre-contractual steps at your request and, in a collaboration, performance of the agreement for the opportunity scan and agreed projects.
• The legitimate interest in answering general business questions and securing the website or investigating technical problems. CoAchieving balances this interest against your rights; you may object to this processing.
• A legal obligation where data must be retained by law.

When you email or call

An email button opens your own email application. The website itself receives no form data. A call button opens the phone function on your device. The data you then share voluntarily is used to answer your question and arrange any follow-up.

Retention periods

Data from a standalone contact enquiry is retained for a maximum of 90 days after the last substantive contact. It is then deleted, unless a collaboration begins or a statutory retention obligation applies. Technical log data is limited to what the hosting and security layer needs for availability, security and diagnosis.

AI opportunity scan and client projects

For each conversation or project, we document which data is needed, who gets access, which processors are used and where processing takes place. CoAchieving applies data minimisation, puts data processing agreements in place where needed, gives access by role and chooses processing within the European Economic Area where possible. The specific architecture decisions are documented for each project.

Cookies

The public website does not set non-essential cookies. Plausible does not use cookies either. If a calendar, form or other measurement tool is added later, this text and the technical implementation will first be reviewed again.

Your rights

Where the law provides for it, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Email your request to pieter@coachieving.com. CoAchieving may request reasonable verification before personal data is shared or changed.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
