01 · Six principles

Start with the work.

First we observe the people doing the work. Where do they search for information? What do they keep explaining? Only once that is clear do we choose the technology.

   Choose data with a purpose

   For each data source we document its purpose, owner, access and permitted use.

   Make working agreements explicit

   Audience, offer, definitions, exceptions and brand rules become usable context for the selected workflow.

   Start with one opportunity area

   The first trial must demonstrate whether the context, way of working and quality control are useful in practice.

   Give every decision an owner

   Facts, client communication, publications and changes have a designated reviewer.

   Test the same scenarios again

   When an error occurs, we correct the information, agreement or process step and test the same scenario again.

   Include handover

   Documentation, training, ownership and recovery steps are part of the agreed output.

02 · Before use

The check for every solution.

Before use, your team must be able to give specific answers to four questions:

• Which work problem does this solve and how do we measure the baseline?
• Which data is used and who manages access?
• Who reviews output and who can pause the workflow?
• What documentation and recovery steps does your team receive?

You get a scoped trial with visible decisions and a measurable decision point. We test what works and where oversight remains necessary. I cannot promise error-free AI, absolute security or a guaranteed return.

03 · Continue or adjust

You choose the next step.

Sometimes cleaner data helps more than a new application. Sometimes a simpler process or a tool you already have is enough. After each phase we decide: stop, adjust or build further with focus.
