45 minutes. An initial direction.

Tell me where your team loses time. In a free conversation we look at which opportunities deserve attention. A few work examples are enough; no technical preparation is needed. You then decide whether to continue.

Email a brief description of your question. Pieter replies personally and suggests a time. Prefer to talk straight away? Call 0473 80 38 03.

01 · The conversation

What you can expect.

We make an initial inventory of your processes, data sources and bottlenecks. Afterwards you receive a summary with three opportunity areas and one recommended next step. Even if that step is to wait for now.

What you get

Three opportunity areas and one recommended next step

You get a short summary afterwards. The recommendation may also be to resolve something internally first or to wait for now.

Time

45 minutes

Enough to clarify where the greatest friction and first opportunity lie.

With whom

Directly with Pieter

You talk to the person who will also investigate, build and document later.

Preparation

A few work examples are enough

You do not need to open systems or prepare a technical file in advance.

Fictional example, not a real client case

What your summary could look like.

Imagine a small team keeping client agreements in email, tracking quotes in a spreadsheet and preparing the weekly overview by hand. This illustrative example shows the direction a scan can provide.

  1. Finding information

Bring current client agreements and ways of working together with their sources, so colleagues can find the right agreement themselves and ask fewer repeated questions.

  2. Follow-up

Prepare a draft for the next quote follow-up based on the latest agreement. An employee checks it before anything goes to the client.

  3. Weekly overview

Explore an overview of open quotes and missing next steps from existing data, with consistent definitions for marketing, sales and reporting. The aim: less duplicate entry and clearer follow-up.

Recommended first step: make one agreement easy to find.

Start with one recurring client question, because it lets you test source quality and usefulness before connecting systems. Choose a current source and an owner together. Have a colleague find and review the answer. Then decide whether further automation makes sense.

02 · Familiar situations

Bring an example from your work.

  • Information that is repeatedly searched for or explained.
  • Marketing and sales working with different context.
  • Recurring tasks with a lot of copying, checking or follow-up.
  • Reports showing what happened, but not what needs attention.
  • Isolated AI experiments without a clear source, owner or boundary.

03 · The boundaries

A direction to investigate further.

This conversation gives direction and requires no access to sensitive systems. A full audit, architecture decision, investment or return calculation requires more research and a measurable baseline. After the scan, you decide whether that follow-up is useful.

04 · When it helps

For a question already on your mind.

When you already feel that knowledge, data or recurring work is fragmented, but do not yet know which problem is focused enough for a first trial. If you only have a general interest in AI without a specific work problem, waiting may be the best step.
